At CORE, we currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

- Lost in transit

- Delivered damaged

- Incorrect or incomplete

Contact us immediately at support@getcoreprotocol.com with your order number and supporting details. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Returns Related to Shipping

For health and safety reasons:

- Opened or used products cannot be returned

- Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return under our Money-Back Policy
